After publishing my book (here), I decided to create a supplemental workbook that walks you through exercises and tools to help you manage your stress and anxiety. It's basically a journal on steroids. You'll learn how to identify triggers, journal effectively, create SMART goals and I've even included some workouts and meal planning hacks!
