Self-care doesn't have to look like a full-blown spa day. Self-care is anything you do for yourself that is productive.
What do I mean by that? Productivity could come in the form of resting and recharging or it could come in the form of a traditionally productive activity like doing the laundry.
The key phrase of my definition is ‘that you do it for yourself,” not for anyone else or not because someone else says it will help you. If the self-care you’ve chosen doesn’t serve you, it’s not self-care.

11 Forms of Self-Care that aren't Bubble Baths and Spa Days:
Meditate
Go to Bed Early
Go on a Walk Outside
Clean out your Closet
Meal Prep
Read a Book
Write a Gratitude List
Hit Your Water Drinking Goal
Make Your Favorite Soup
Clean out your Fridge
Journal
